3. Nature of the Service
- CoMed acts as a marketplace, facilitating connections between licensed vendors and users.
- ALsahab does not sell, manufacture, or directly provide any medical products or services.
- Transactions conducted through the platform are the sole responsibility of the users and vendors involved.
4. User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Users agree to use CoMed for lawful purposes only, ensuring compliance with applicable Iraqi laws and regulations.
- Users are responsible for verifying the credentials and licenses of vendors if required.
5. Vendor Obligations
- Vendors must ensure that all products and services offered through CoMed comply with applicable Iraqi laws and medical standards.
- Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their products and services.
6. Limitation of Liability
- ALsahab provides CoMed as a neutral intermediary and is not responsible for:
- The quality, legality, or safety of products or services offered by vendors.
- Disputes, damages, or losses resulting from transactions between users and vendors.
- CoMed does not provide medical advice or endorse any vendor, product, or service.
7. Privacy Policy
- Users agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data as required for platform operation.
- ALsahab ensures that user data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by Iraqi law.
8. Payment and Fees
- Payment terms, fees, or commissions for using CoMed will be clearly communicated during the registration or transaction process.
- ALsahab is not responsible for payment disputes between users and vendors.
9. Termination
- ALsahab reserves the right to suspend or terminate user or vendor accounts for violations of these Terms.
- Users or vendors may request account deletion at any time by contacting CoMed support.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and designs associated with CoMed are the property of ALsahab.
- Users and vendors may not copy, reproduce, or misuse CoMed’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the use of CoMed will first be resolved through negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Iraq.
